Frequently Asked Questions

One hour. We’ll meet every week at the same time, at the same place.

I have a BSc in Psychology from Loughborough University and I have been training for a post-graduate diploma in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy with the Karuna Institute since 2021.

The Karuna Institute is accredited by the UKCP – the UK Council for Psychotherapy.

I have trainee membership of both the ACPP (Association of Core Process Psychotherapists) and the UKCP (UK Council of Psychotherapy). This means I have met the requirements necessary to work as a therapist and I am in ongoing training. As I am a trainee, my current rates reflect this.

Sessions can be paid for in cash or via bank transfer before the start of the session.

Psychotherapy requires commitment and readiness for the work. However, I understand that there are unavoidable times you might need to cancel your session. Cancellation within 24 hours will require full payment.

Dw i’n dysgu Cymraeg! Ond…

Unfortunately, I am not fluent. One day, I hope to be able to offer psychotherapy in Welsh as well as English.
